Carlos Arturo Raymundo Ibañez
Computer and Systems Engineer with 26 years of experience in Information Systems, graduated from the Professional School of Computer and Systems Engineering of Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (1993), with a Post-Doctorate in Software Engineering at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca – Madrid Spain (October 2009), and a PhD in Engineering mention in Systems Engineering at Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal (August 2005). Additionally, he holds a Master in Knowledge Management from the EOI Business School (June 2005) as well as a Master in Information Systems from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) & Universidad Antenor Orrego (March 2001).
He has been teaching for 26 years at undergraduate and postgraduate level in several universities in Peru and abroad (Germany, England, USA), as well as in academic management positions in the main universities of Peru. He is currently a volunteer member of the team of evaluators of the Institute of Accreditation of Engineering and Technology (ICACIT) and Senior Lecturer at the UPC. He also has professional experience in the business area as an Information Systems Consultant, such as the Peruvian Air Force (FAP), the National Superintendence of Public Records (SUNARP), SEDALIB, etc.
Silverio Bustos Diaz
He has 34 years of academic-professional experience and has participated as a national and international speaker and consultant. In his academic experience: He has more than 30 years of university teaching, of which 14 years as Senior Lecturer; He has held various academic-administrative positions (Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies; Lecturer, Coordinator and Head of the Postgraduate Unit; Dean; and University Director) in various Universities; He has participated in processes of Accreditation of Engineering and Technology Careers (programmes) with national and/or foreign entities. He has represented public and private universities; he has been a member of CONAFU Government Commissions; he has been a member of ANR Commissions. He has several publications presented in academic and professional events. He has held various positions from Analyst-Programmer to Manager in the area of Computers, IT and/or Systems. In his education and training: He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos; He has obtained a Masters and PhD in Computer Science in France.
Nestor Adolfo Mamani Macedo
Professional and Consultant in Information Technology, Administration and Transport with a solid academic background in both Computer Science and Business Sciences. Post-Doctorate in Medical Informatics, Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. PhD and Master in Computer Science in Software Engineering, Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, Brazil). Master in Administration (ESAN). Degree in Computer Science (UNMSM). Graduate in Accounting (UIGV). Scholarship holder JICA of Japan and ABC of Brazil in the Urban Management Practices Course (IPPUC: Instituto de Pesquisa e Planejamento Urbano de Curitiba – Brazil). At the same time I have developed teaching and research activities at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos from 1990 to date in the areas of Computer Science and Transport. As a consultant I have worked for private companies (Victor Chavez Izquierdo Ingenieros, Compañía Industrial Nuevo Mundo, Centro de Consultoría de la Universidad del Pacifico, etc.) and public institutions (IPSS, now ESSALUD, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Electro Sur, Electro Sur Este, among others). In 2009 I have worked as an Expert in Information Technology in the area of Road Safety for the University of Murcia in Spain. Since 2005 I have participated in national and international research projects in ICT and Transport, as well as published articles in both areas of knowledge.
Jessie Leila Bravo Jaico
Computer and Systems Engineer graduated from the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, Master in Computer Science and Multimedia from USP and Universidad de Los Lagos – Chile, Master in Business Administration with mention in Business Management from UNPRG, PhD in Computer Science and Systems from USS.
He is currently a senior research professor at the Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo, with articles published in journals indexed in Scopus, Member of the Steering Committee of the IEEE Computer Society and Specialist in Computer Networks, Project Management and Digital Transformation. With more than 26 years of experience in university teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level in universities such as: UNPRG, USAT, USS, Universidad San Pedro, among others. Former Director of the Prof. School of Computer Engineering and Informatics – UNPRG, Lead Implementer in ISO 27001 Information Security and ISO 27032 Cybersecurity.

Vanessa De Oliveira Campos
Degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Mato Grosso. Both degrees, Master (2005) and PhD (2010), were awarded by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, with emphasis in Computational Intelligence.
She was undergraduate coordinator of the specialties of Information Systems and Computer Networks at the University of Cuiabá. She is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Computer Science at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, where she coordinates the School of Information Technology and Communications, which integrates several extension projects aimed at meeting the demands of society in computer science. He is an Artificial Intelligence enthusiast, working mainly on topics related to Computer Vision and Knowledge-Based Interpretation.
Ana María Ramírez Díaz

Teacher with more than 20 years of experience in higher education and instructor in Telecommunications Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He was Past Director of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola – USIL (2012-2018), was leader of the accreditation committee of Computer and Systems Engineering of USIL.
Systems and Computer Engineer, Master of Science in Information Technology Management from ESAN University, Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona – Spain). She obtained Honourable Mention in her Degree Thesis. First female Cisco instructor in Peru, with more than 16 years of experience in the Cisco Networking Academy (2004-present). She received in 2018 the Above and Beyond Award from Cisco.
Bertha Patricia Guzmán Velázquez
Dr. Guzmán holds a degree in Computer Science from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, a PhD in Strategic Planning and Technology Management and a PhD in Science with a specialisation in Electronics from the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics.
As a professional, she has held management positions in both the educational and technological fields, promoting innovation and technological and business leadership. She has coordinated several technology transfer projects at state, regional and national level; and since 2007 she is CEO of the CICA Association. She has been President of the IEEE Puebla Section, Secretary of the IEEE Mexico Council, Regional Coordinator of Professional Activities and Coordinator of Humanitarian Activities of IEEE Latin America and the Caribbean. Since 2014 she is Senior Member of IEEE and currently she is the President of IEEE Mexico Council.

Roberto Silva Neto
Roberto Silva Netto received his Bachelor’s degree (2001), Master’s degree (2006) and PhD (2018) in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá. During his PhD, he spent a year at Politecnico di Milano to perform a mobility period through the ERASMUS MUNDUS programme. He carried out research focused on Data Communication, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Electric Systems Simulation, Real Time Simulations, Interoperability in Smart Grids and Muiltiagent Systems.
In 2019 he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Technology at FIT, where he carried out work on developing product enhancements using Deep Learning, Computer Vision, IoT and Embedded Systems.

Gabrielle Silva has been a Telecommunications Technical Consultant at Telephony operator TIM BRASIL for more than six years, currently working in the Network Operations, Intelligent Service Operation Center (iSOC). In this area, she is in charge of managing regulatory and data governance issues. Gabrielle holds a degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis in telecommunications from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (UERJ). She currently holds the position of president of the Rio de Janeiro Section’s Women In Engineering, an affinity group focused on encouraging the participation of women in STEM careers. In 2019 she received an honorable mention in the IEEE Larry K. Wilson Award for her volunteer and IEEE member career in the UERJ and Rio de Janeiro Section.

Juan Fernando Galindo
Electronic Engineer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) in Medellín, Colombia. MsC. and PhD. student in Technology with emphasis in Information and Communication Systems at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), in Campinas, Brazil. He has had experience in IT infrastructure and management in the financial and health sectors, as well as in the public sector. He is currently a founding partner of Vita Tecnologia, a company in which he also develops machine learning models to facilitate access to healthcare.
